Huh. The only NFL game I actually attended was the Patriots home opener in 1975. Nothing but torrential downpour, cold rain, which flooded the old concrete and aluminum stands in Schaefer Stadium. Mack Herron coughed up the opening kickoff for a touchdown by the Oilers and that’s all there was for scoring; we took off in the 3rd, drowned like rats.
