That’s the Marines, not S.E.A.L.S. You think between the two of them they could do a little research…or at least approach humor a little more ofter.truly been slacking for the last 3 months or so.

Well, first, it really is the Navy SEALS (not the Marines’ SEALS), and second, your sense of humor is your own. Some of us LIKE humor that could dry out a martini. :)

The Navy and the Marine Corps do, however, work very closely together, being under the same Dept. of the Navy. I suspect you’re a military man and know this better than I do.
Oddly enough. “ooh-rah” is linked to the Marines and “hoo-yah” to the Navy, at least in Wikipedia’s article on the United States Marines…
