I was worried that a moderator of my gender might cater to those much-touted blue eyes. Good thing Biden blackened them to not give him to chance to bat those “oh-so-innocent” blue eyes at her!

IMO the moderator was aiding and abetting the Elderly Brat Biden, and he was busy 90 minutes breaking every debate rule with his smirking, interrupting, contemptuous behavior.
    -
Normal persons would be ashamed of Biden’s falsehoods and misleading “facts” that liberals invent and defend in spite of evidence to the contrary.
    -
Ryan was a model of civility, and kept to provable statements and the better agenda of Romney-Ryan and gave deference to Romney while watching Biden “flaunt” his passions in an attempt to coverup Obama’s miserable performance in debate #1. IMO it did not work except with the most brainwashed Chicago-thug type voters.

    @HOWGOZIT

They don’t know the difference, failure is a Resume enhancement. Good intentions are everything. Activity = Accomplishment, in their world. Obama is working on the activity part, He just can’t get the Hang of it………

Joe shot Ryan down on many points, period. The format was more relaxed, and both men felt more free to express themselves. Sadly, Ryan had little to express. I LIKED the way Joe shot Ryan down with those “expressions” and body language. It IS the way good police officers can defuse situations, and make arrests without violence, by letting their body language do the talking for them. Joe “busted” Paul.

    Of course you think that.
    .
That’s how we know that you know that Ryan lost.
    .
The fans never boo the ref for a bad call that helps their team.
    .
They always boo the ref when their team is losing.
    .
Meanwhile, Obama’s civil debate with the Mittinator was the sign of weakness, but when Ryan tried the same strategy (which was not a surprise, and absolutely a strategy) it’s a sign of strength.
    .
    Double standard much?
    .
Furthermore, it is the VEEP’s JOB to be the hatchet man. It’s like that thing they do on Key and Poole where Obama talks and then his alterego says in in “angry black manese” . The President stays presidential and the veep goes for the jugular!
    .
Was Ryan trying to look “Presidential” for 2016?

If the moderator had been holding Ryan to the rule of four minutes for a response, Biden would not have had to interrrupt.

But when Obama was the model of civility, you called him weak.

I thought the moderator absolutely dropped the ball when she allowed Ryan to ‘guarantee’ his tax numbers, evidenced by ‘six different studies showing that the math works’.
    -
There was absolutely no math presented and the moderator let him get away with it.
    -
There has been no math presented in any other venue, either.
    -
If there are any loopholes closed, they will be on personal exemptions, standard deductions and mortgage interest, not on corporate depreciation or corporate anything.

Four legs good, two legs better.
