Reid doesn’t allow the “forgotten 15” House Jobs Bills, which enjoy bipartisan support, to come to a vote. Meanwhile another part of Obama’s Jobs bill was defeated with a bipartisan vote.

God forbid, Resluglicans actually put some time and effort into governing the country. Or even worrying about the majority of the population. Seems like the prevailing belief is all of us exist for the few of them. Talk about elitest.

Most of the comments here lack any connection to reality…

Everything was just wonderful since 2006, when the Dems controlled the house & senate – and the White House since Jan 09…

No, it was defeated with a Republican filibuster.

As for those House ‘jobs bills’ how about showing me one of them?

This alone might just be a good reason to get rid of Obama. The D had what 2/3 since 2006, 3/3 since 2008 and 2/3 since 2010. Yet he is out their crying about the 1/3. It all their fault he the leader, wa wa wa,
If he can not handle it it is time to step out and let a real man try. I wonder if the D will let Hillary run in 2012?

It is a good thing they are the party of NO given the bad ideas coming from the Democrats. For starters, the government cannot produce jobs by spending money.

See how gutless the Republicans are. In the face of what O is doing to this country, they should be the Party of Hell No!

You’re suprised? MOST Repubicans are gutless. Look how many of the ones on this forum post ‘facts’ and then run for the hills when someone calls them on their sources.

Thanks Eryx, the truth behind these bills is a lot like the truth behind most “Bush” regulations, like the 2007 changes to the 31 CFR that merely ALTERED existing regulations to let oil companies write their own rules, and do whatever they wanted, like well, contaminate the Gulf by “cutting costs”. The Marque de Sade spent a good while in an asylum, what should be “home” to most of the Republicans in the House, and definitely voters supporting these dangerous and well, stupid proposed laws. Add in that these morons want “Congress” to cherry pick and micro-manage agencies run by actual professionals (well except the “W” political appointees who remain in place), but only while a Democratic-Republican is in the White House. Obama’s record so far DOES seem to indicate he’s really from the party of Thomas Jefferson, certainly NOTFDR”. But the “Repubtards STILL aren’t satisfied” or willing to cooperate, on ANYTHING actually good for , or needed by , the country. Yep, they “love it”, and are willing to love it to death in order to secure wealth for THEIR posterity.
