I think “in” was misspelled “PA” as well.

PA has elected Specter for 30 years… rotten way to “not want” the guy.

And isn’t Specter in a robin’s egg blue Tiffany’s box? A very nice touch with color usage, Mr.Carlson!

Here’s the funny part: All over this board right now, we’re seeing the neo-cons saying things to the effect, “Good riddance to Specter, he wasn’t a real Republican anyway.”

‘Cept how come we never heard comments like that about Arlen Specter before he switched parties? How come none of our resident righties were telling him to go take a hike, when the possibility of his changing parties first came up?

Give it up guys, you’re not fooling anybody but yourselves with this sour-grapes shtick.

Let’s see some links to prove that, HOWGOZIT.

Meantime, it seems that right up until Specter made his decision to leave, some of his fellow GOP Senators were ponying up campaign contributions.

And you can hardly accuse guys like Mitch McConnel, John Cornyn, and Orrin Hatch of wanting to prop up a liberal in their ranks

Funny how Arlen was a Democrat then became a Republican and switched again to the Democrats. Where’s his loyalty? Screw his constituents! He’s going for oldest Senator ever!

    “Where’s his loyalty?”

    With his constituents.

    “Screw his constituents!”

You want him to remain loyal to his party over the people that elected him over and over again?

“He’s going for oldest Senator ever!”

You say that like it’s a bad thing.

That’s okay, the original HOWGOZIT. We know that the new HOWGOZIT is not you. The new HOWGOZIT makes too much sense.

daniel, I have to come to HOWGOZIT’s defense here. ( The one who took up for Boortz, not the one who called him a douchebag )

Posting under someone else’s forum name is pure low-rent…regardless of who does it.

Whoever’s doing this, I advise you to cease at once. You’re not doing the rest of us progressives any favors here…and you’re certainly not fooling anyone.
