    Some rightie posts that same, tired list of Dems who also thought Saddam had ‘em. ( Which, if you go to Snopes, you’ll see was taken out of context. )

    However Bush and the neo-cons were the only ones pushing for the tanks to roll even after Saddam allowed the UNMOVIC inspectors back into Iraq.

    Guys, guys…as I recall Clinton wasn’t impeached for that statement. He was impeached for purgery.

    Howgozit – the verdict of who attacked the Cole came after Clinton was out of office. And then Bush scuttled the investigation and did nothing about it either.

    Corosive Frog, Bill Clinton was not impeached; it was just talked about. Bush by far deserve impeachment for the uninstigated (by Iraq) war in Iraq. For what Bill did was a shame and embarrassment, and his lying under oath was the main thing he should have gotten in trouble for. There are and were many politicians in sex scandals, he wasn’t the only one.

    Clinton was impeached. And then acquitted (found “not guilty”). An impeachment is simply a trial. It doesn’t mean you’re guilty.

    When making sure we all keep up with the facts, make sure you post ALL the facts.
