fennec, quite right. The Swiss banking authority is extremely serious (unlike American equivalents), because they are protecting one of the Swiss’ most important national resources. Right now a number of the Swiss banks are running scared because they can be ordered to restructure and they are being told to check out their leadership as well – again, not true of our approaches, but a worthwhile thought…
