I’m gonna repeat myself – Bill Clinton is the biggest international policy wonk ever to sit in the White House, and among the three smartest, too. Compared with the vast majority of Bush appointees (remember John Bolton?), heck, compared to the vast majority of Secretaries of State, period, we could do a lot worse than the Clintons.

At 6’4”(??) he is a pretty big wonk. All kidding aside, he did make a lot of blunders but he is still the BEST foreign policy ‘schmoozer’ we have.
