With Strange Brew, Deering -- famous for his biting humor and political savvy as chief editorial cartoonist for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette -- has an outlet for his creative sense of humor and quirky view of life.
"Being an editorial cartoonist today, you have to be tuned-in to pop culture as well as politics -- but there are some limits to what you can do," Deering says "In Strange Brew, everything’s fair game. I get to cut loose and draw anything."

Somewhere on one of these HD’s, I have a ’toon (I think it was by Coverly) that was captioned; “Jimmy visits his old stomping ground.” and he was pointing out to his wife; “Yeah, over there is where Billy stomped me, up on that hill Ralph stomped me, and here by the sidewalk a gang of girls stomped me real good!”…

@calimesajim
Conservatives think that it is better to do away with red tape like those needless regulations concerning health, safety, pollution, etc., whatever gets in the way of making money.
