With Strange Brew, Deering -- famous for his biting humor and political savvy as chief editorial cartoonist for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette -- has an outlet for his creative sense of humor and quirky view of life.
"Being an editorial cartoonist today, you have to be tuned-in to pop culture as well as politics -- but there are some limits to what you can do," Deering says "In Strange Brew, everything’s fair game. I get to cut loose and draw anything."

That’s not Mick Jagger, is it?

It’s the air band tour. We’re all so deaf they don’t need to plug in the sound system either.

The old rocker is supposed to be more like Keith Richards . I guess after all this time, Richards and
Jagger are pretty much interchangeable.

I don’t know about Keith and Nick being interchangeable. Keith was the only actor in the Pirates of the Caribbean that didn’t need much in the way of makeup to play the roll. I don’t think Nick could have done that.
