    I’m surprised Ms. Erma isn’t complaining about it being out of its habitat like the lizard her Grandma found and returned it to a different habitat unknowlingly… (I think it was a lizard…)

    Alix will have lot of interesting things to show in school as long as Grand sends interesting stuff from S. Africa.

    That was worth a giggle. Since our definitions of scents came mostly from the French (with all the imported stuff), Eau de Toilet was simply translated that way and was the least potent (and expensive) of each product.

    I still sometimes wonder what anyone seeing the bath products on my shelves would think, as the French term for shower also has a different meaning in English. As I like to bathe with liquid products, I usually place the writing towards the wall.

    The definition of the word “toilet” has evolved. As a matter of fact they now call many of the worst law schools “toilets.” So that is really a big change in meaning.

    If her name is Erma, how come it says NOAA on her vest? (j/k)

    @comicsssfan

    Naw, that’s just the change of meaning in “law” school, not the meaning of WC.
