A bunch of dirt? By her reaction yesterday I thought Luci was eating something far more worrisome. Dirt is hardly ‘Gak’ worthy.

Dirt is nutricious. It feeds plants.

Our dog once brought home a bread bag of something the morning of trash pick-up. I found the dog and my then four year old daughter playing “one for you and one for me” in the back yard.

I imagine strained green beans are especially disgusting!

How about try to cook some fresh green beans that have been pan seared. My young nephew loves them. They are his favorite food. It’s possible she is craving nutrients, which makes her want to eat dirt. If everything a person eats is very highly processed, they could lack nutrients.

You have to eat germs to have a healthy immune system and be healthy. Every germaphobe you ever knew was not a healthy person. Howard Hunt, Michael Jackson, etc.

I’m omnivorous – if it can’t outrun me it’s food
(except for the fried waterbugs in Thailand – look too much like gigantic coockroaches) But dtu-ga-tha (grasshoppers), silk worms, fried ants with hot peppers, and crickets The grasshoppers come with their own built in toothpicks…
