I love bundling up for a walk on a cold day. It makes the hot chocolate that much better when I get back!

Our dog stands at the edge of the carport, looking at the weather and then looking at us, as if we have the switch that will turn off the rain.

My greyhound is too prissy for snow and rain. We’ll open the door for her to go out and she looks at us, looks outside, then walks away. And wakes us up at 2 am to let her out >_<

I personally love that kind of weather…as long as I don’t have to go out in it!!!

I love it as long as I live about 700 miles away from it.

Maybe dogs should learn how to use a litter box. Cats learn automatically. The brilliant ones use the toilet, and flush!

It’s nice a quiet outside in the winter.

In answer to the dog “it’ll last as long as it takes to get you to stop yapping in the house!” I think Evie could take one or the other noise makers, but not both at the same time.

I’d say that what Evie is wearing now is not appropriate for winter. I spent most of the first decade of this century in Wisconsin, and needed a parka with faux-fur trim. Of course, real Wisconsononians would sometimes go out in outrageously skimpy outfits. I’d have to make some of the grandkids, who had to spend recess outdoors, wear coats, even. A couple of times the school offered to provide a coat for my grandson if we couldn’t afford one. (We could.)
