    “5 player Scrabble?”

Actually, we can play with 8, using a poker table and two complete games, one of which has the swivel-type board.

How about QXXQ? You didn’t say it had to be a valid English word!

Can’t do both in ONE, but how about QueeQuay? Literary reference… Or Xerox, which ahs been admitted into Webster’s, and is therefore now a legitimate word as well.

Nooo; I think, if you’re referring to the pattern around the top of the lamp shade , that would be ice melting and beginning to run down the icy slope of the lower shade. :)

Sunday’s funnies are usually disconnected from the rest of the week. The cartoonists take the day off, as it were, because a lot of newspapers don’t publish on Sunday. If she kept the homework arc going, the paperless Sunday would have readers complaining about missing a day of the story.

Scrabble is second only to Monopoly in causing board game related violence.

There is a dance called the Maxixe. And the Scrabble Dictionary lists XEROX. However, the only words I could come up with that has two Qs in them were Albuquerque (NM), and Iquique, which is a city in northern Chile.

I think you mean Queequeg, but you still can’t use it, as it’s a proper noun starting with a capital letter.

I think the pattern is that of a mountain, so that would be snow, not ice.
