Jan Eliot's funny and irreverent Stone Soup follows the saga of an extended, blended family, starring two working-mom sisters living just across the fence from each other. Val and Joan share life with their opinionated mother, a middle-school diva and 10-year-old tomboy, a reclusive teenage boy, a wild preschooler and his new baby sister...and of course Wally, the ultimate nice guy who steps into his stepdad shoes with grace amid the chaos. Working-parent hassles, pre-school tantrums, middle-school angst, love and the single mom... it's all here in Stone Soup.

There are other websites that are reliable, Holly. Don’t make your mom suffer for your poor work habits.

she spends more time trying to figure a way out of doing the work than it would take to just do it and be done.

Great example, Val!

Come on Holly, I am taking on-line studies and not saying you should, and I use Interenet a lot to understand subject matter. Even youtube video’s.
Your just trying to delay the work.

I wish I’d had the internet when I was in school. Sure would’ve made things a lot simpler.

yes the idea that parents should drop everything because it’s school related makes a bad example of a childs responsibility to their own education.

you can get to your library via THEIR website, no need to even walk in the door. And almost all the other libraries in the world.

Holly is her own “best bad example”. Besides, it’s late and the library is probably closed.

If you’re in your PJ’s then I think the Library is closed.

I agree with lightenup. There are other choices online besides Wikipedia. My local library’s website has online articles and books.

Agreed. My mother in her PJ’s means almost everything is closed. (Though if Mom works in Library you can sneak in during off hours is she’s got the key. But if your wanting to do such things most likely your report is closer to done at this point. )

I’ve never used Wikipedia as a resource to write a paper in my life…
Night-Gaunt49 said, 5 months ago
During this hidden Depression many libraries have altered their hours anyway. Better check that too.

I wonder what the research paper is in? The complete hiatory on ancient rome? Whaling compared to Moby Dick and real life?
