   Naps are a benefit of retirement…….all those years of working and having that 2:30 Sleepy slump every day and finally I can take a nap and not get into trouble.

    We have two dogs. One has to have am after breakfast beauty nap female dog and afternoon power nap, the male dog succombed to resting in am and briefly takes one in afternoon.
    Husband since retired dozes off in late afternoon.

    My wife’s toy poodles can lay in one position for hours, but if I lie down for a nap, it’s fidget, fidget, fidget, fidget.
