    Then they will do passing and rebounding drills. Then they will run sprints back and forth and then laps around the gym. Her gorgeous jump shot will have to be practiced on her own time.

    I personally believe that having the kids do 100 pushups right off the bat like that is too much. Exercise needs to be increased gradually, especially when you’re dealing with people who haven’t really been exercising up to that point.
