    Bush had the right idea, have a budget that leaves out the small stuff like the costs of two wars, and borrow from those nice Chinese who seem to have great deal of money that they will give us with no strings attached.

    Howgozit, it is part of public record that President Bush 43 paid for the military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq with special funding approved by Congress separate and apart from the official government budget.
