Don’t you love it when web sites like Townhall and Breitbart selectively report one data point in an “opinion” poll as “fact”?
Note that the poll only asks if you think you or other families are better or worse off with Obamacare.

    Yup. That proves it.
Everybody’s much worse off with Obamacare.

The facts are the overwhelming majority of people aren’t affected at all because they were before and still are covered by their employer’s health care plan.

But it is the liberal loony Democratic way. Take a problem, blow it up to biblical proportions, Blame the other guy for not working on the problem that you have created, make yourself the only and greatest solution.
Problem is after they they got nothing in the way of a workable solution.
But this is Obama’s mess from top to bottom. Pets2.com to giving away money to the poor pitiful poor. But but but I now pay 5 dollars and and only had to wait 5 weeks for …….. see it working.

Sadly, I doubt we’ll ever get to know true numbers on Obamacare until well after this presidency.

“Premiums went up. Deductibles went up. Less coverage. Fewer options. Higher copays. Insurance plans not being accepted by PCPs.”

True. The question remains: would this have happened even if there were no Obamacare? This doctor’s opinion: absolutely yes. The trend had already started well before the first vote was taken.

    Um…the poll was by CNN.
    .
That isn’t exactly correct. Following is a quote from the article found at
    http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2014/07/23/cnn-poll-is-obamacare-working/
    .
The poll was conducted for CNN by ORC International from July 18-20, with 1,012 adult Americans questioned by telephone. The survey’s overall sampling error is plus or minus three percentage points.
    .
Note: Not “by” but “for” CNN.

“How is it that Conservatives cannot distinguish between what is happening and what people BELIEVE is happening?”
    .
I’m gonna guess conservatives see: higher premiums; higher copays and less coverage and think “bad”, while the left think “If it comes from Obama it HAS to be good!!!!!”

    Gee you must not work.
My health plan went up 4x, My deductible doubled, and my prescriptions are at cost.
Antibiotic for a tick bite infection $5 per pill. $100 for something that was free last year.

The rule is that, if fat cats spend millions on ads telling people it doesn’t work, a lot of them will fall for the lies.

Yes my “group policy” rates went up by 3%, that’s the lowest annual rise in the last 16 years! Under the previous “rules”, my average annual increase in rates was 13% every year.

Polls btw are opinions, not facts, and the facts show that millions of people ARE better off, and few are more than marginally affected negatively, and most aren’t actually affected at all.

“The facts are the overwhelming majority of people aren’t affected at all because they were before and still are covered by their employer’s health care plan.”
In other words the old system was working just fine for the “vast majority of people.” The first big lie of Obama Care was saying that that our health care system needed a complete overhaul and government takeover.
