We’ve finally acknowledged PTSD as a real diagnose but the idea that someone could suffer TSD is not yet acceptable. Go figure.

Harleyquinn. How can any one person be so very wrong all the time? You’re anti-Obama, we get it. But you do it so badly. I don’t agree with Breen’s comic but you know what? I respect it. It’s clever, well done, tasteful. You should try it some time. It would be a nice change from the years of blatant Obama bashing from you we’ve had to endure. You never say what you think Obama should have done instead. You have this crazy web of contradictory rants which frankly both astound and amuse me. Sometimes I think you’re 12 and don’t know any better. Sometimes I think you’re 92 and dementia has set in.

    How about some facts?
FACT: Bergdahl didn’t give up. He didn’t go looking for the Taliban in order to join them or surrender. He went for a walk. As ODon said the guy was suffering some serious stress and couldn’t handle it. That’s what the boy is guilty of, being in a situation he could not handle and making a mistake.
FACT: There is no PROOF that any one died as a direct result of Bergdahl’s actions. There are many contradictory reports, but no proof. Breen, like every other American, should wait until Bergdahl has had his day in court before he blames lives lost on him.
FACT: Barak Obama showed courage and leadership when making a controversial decision to give the the order to make the exchange. That is what we pay our presidents for, to make tough, executive decisions. History is full of examples of American presidents doing just what Obama did.
God Bless the United States of America.
    God Bless President Obama.
    Welcome Home SGT Bergdahl.
God Bless the men who lost their lives in Afghanistan and Iraq.
To the men of the DDay Invasion, God Bless you today, most of all.

Harley, you really are too much fun. Just wave a little red flag and you’re off chasing it.
Let me ask you Harley. You mentioned Obama failing to get a trial for the 5 released Taliban. Lets not forget that these are the same five guys George Bush failed to put on trial as well.
Hey Harley, quick question, how long did you serve? What branch were you in? How long we’re you in the box? How many jumps did you make? How many deployments? How long were you separated from your family? Because you sure sound like all the civilians I ever met that had all kinds of opinions on things that they knew nothing about.

If Bush wanted a military trial Harley, fine, get it done. So why didn’t he do it? For the same reason Obama didn’t. Congress wouldn’t let him.

I really gotta clear up one thing here Harley. I am not an ‘Obama Apologist’. I am proud of the guy. He’s done nothing I see to apologize for. He has led us proudly and well. I’ll be looking for someone much like him in 2016. Will it be Hillary? Honestly, I hope not. And you know what? It might even be a Republican. I’d be willing to listen to a sane, reasonable Republican. Probably not the same one you would pick, but still, a Republican. I really don’t care what his party is, as long as he gets the job done. Obama gets the job done. Are we better off than we were in 2008? Yes, I honestly think we are. And I think President Obama had much to do with making things better. Think how much more he could accomplish if Congress had been about making things better, rather than trying to fight him. Apologize for Obama? No way. I want to take credit for him, I am proud of him.

The Republicans hollered when the President wasn’t getting B released, then again when he did. Plus there are 5 fewer detainees in Gitmo. A win-win except for hypocritical elephants who are automatically — thinking not being a Republican trait — against anything that black man in the Whitehouse does.

Harley, I voted Republican for years, when they offered a decent choice. If they somehow manage to sift through the herd of John Birchers and Ayn Rand fan boys to find a decent, reasonable candidate I’m there. But as long as they keep offering morons like Bush, Palin, Romney, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Paul Ryan, Rick Perry, Chris Christie and Marco Rubio I am afraid I will be looking elsewhere for my candidates. I’d much prefer a man accused of being a Kenyan, Socialist, Muslim, Coward, Dictator, (on and on and on) Commie Lover, to any of the current Republican crop.

Facts? Anyone knows that facts are only true if they further my own bias.

Proven facts: 1. GHW Bush, when his aircraft had an engine fire, panicked, bailed out pulling the ripcord before out of the cockpit based on his injuries and entanglement in the tail of the airplane, left his crewmen to die. 2. “W” Bush DESERTED (the UCMJ definition of the act) from the National Guard, while evading combat service, went on to chuckle as he executed people in Texas, then killed over a quarter million people, including over 5,000 of our troops, all to settle a “score” for his dad against Saddam.

These acts are well documented, even putting aside a couple erroneous ones regarding “W”, but with many, many pages of supporting documents, plus orderly room reports of his absence, and refusal to report for a flight physical. His dad’s record, including bombing fishing boats flying the American flag, is documented in his AUTHORIZED biography “George Bush, his World War II Years”, which actually saw him see only around four months in a combat zone before being sent home. (BTW: I had several conversations with his wing man on the mission GHW went down on, and the report was they were glad George was with them, because he always went back to the carrier early (he actually took photos on most missions, didn’t drop bombs), and that big yellow stripe up his back made it easier to find the carrier. Just reporting what I was told by HIS fellow pilot. So, compare that to Burgdahl’s fellow troops.)

Harley: check out what McCain was saying about the exchange in February of THIS year, as in exchanging the five for one is okay, but what are the “details”, which was the same plan as TWO YEARS AGO! That’s just the slightly more rational McCain.

Watcing all the news on D-day, and realizing that with today’s “repubtards” (they are NOT true “Republicans”) screaming, hollering, blowing secrets- like Issa, the D-Day invasion would have totally, absolutely, FAILED, because the success was dependent on secrecy, and a Congress that saw Hitler as a greater threat than FDR. Today, we’re supposed to accept that Obama is a bigger threat than Hitler, and that five “camel jockeys” are as well. BUT it should be noted that releasing them, may indeed work toward the safety of more of our troops as we get OUT of Afghanistan. But that too depends on some people keeping some secrets about negotiations, and the real world!
