Hostages released five minutes after Reagan took office, then came Iran/Contra and giving them MORE weapons, even though officially declared, by Congress and Executive OrderS, plural! Nope nothing to suspect no “fix” was in before Reagan won the election.

OUR dealings with Iran have long been dishonest hyperbole and propaganda to march to AIPAC’s tune. I don’t like the IRanian theocracy, but Rick Steve’s visit to the country proved that all the claims from “the right” , just don’t hold up with regard to their 60+Million citizens.

Let’s hope we CAN take advantage of any opportunity to improve relations with ALL nations of the world. It’s time to stop being the world’s “cop”, the one who bombs and destroys anyone we disagree with, even though the behavior of our “friends” is often more vile and criminal!!

Steve Breen, expert on Iranian politics, who used his contacts in Tehran to get to sit in on the meetings of the Supreme Council … and who presumably has some military-aged kids he’s hoping will die in the desert to prove a rightwing political point …

The media hoar who replaced Shawn Hannity last night was just beside herself. First it was negotiate with Assad, then it was Putin, and now it is Iran. No one is being killed, no one is being invaded, everybody is talking to each other, signs of peace are breaking out. THIS IS JUST AWFUL!

Dang. If only we still had The Decider in charge. Boy, he’d know which countries to invade.

Stick it in water and let it grow some roots. A few years from now, you’ll find it hard to remember when it was just a slip.
