It would be far better to know the truth , the whole truth and only the truth rather that the crap (propaganda) we are fed every day !
From both the left and the right….liars all…
And this requires hard work, rather than sloth and sensationalism..

Here is the truth for you. Governments are in the business of control of populations. The more information they have the better they are able to direct and control you and I.

Governments are now and always have been run by those with the capital to buy power. Greed is such a wonderful tool and when a politician finally gets it – that special interest pays the bills – they become part of the problem.

You want truth? Go follow Diogenes around and search for that honest man in his lamp light (though I am sure the sun was brighter).

    I like your style though.

I’m surprised that none of the editorial cartoonists have brought up the extensive DEA monitoring of phone records.

When their Holiness goes much, much further, Democrats are silent.
    .
Biased as usual. The left is not at all happy about it, and are just as vocal as ever (if not more so). Hell, even Faux News had “nice things” to say about their nemesis (CNBC) over their reporting on the issue. As usual, they distorted it with News Today post (05-Sep) gleefully saying that “MSNBC News Panel Destroys Obama over Syria”, but SOS.
    .
‘Course, FOX News is still spewing crap like "We wouldn’t be in this Syria predicament if Obama liked America more" (Brit Hume, 04-Sep on Special Report), and Hannity & Allen West salivate over bombing Iran… and plenty more, ad nauseum.
    .
So don’t give me that drivel about Democrats not screaming about the NSA and DEA privacy invasions.

You see, comments like this make it pretty obvious that some folks don’t care about the issues. All they seem to care about is the fight.

Anyone who has been paying the slightest attention, would know that this issue, as well as Syria, is creating some strange bedfellows in Congress.

    @PAJ

What was biased about the facts? NotSuffering claimed all Democrats support the expansive NSA programs, which is nonsense. Zuhl did not turn around & blame Republicans.

The Amash Amendment was intended to cut off funding to the NSA’s questionable programs. 111 Democrats were joined by 94 Republicans in support of the bill, but it was defeated by 134 Republicans, joined by 83 Democrats.

The very liberal Democrats and the very Libertarian Republicans agree on the idea of restricting the Government’s ability to spy. They also agree about keeping the U.S. out of military adventures.

Sounds like all you care about is the fight.

Careful there Bruce. That statement could get back to the Koch Brothers.

Hmm, “58”, they’re just monitoring how much of your mind you’re losing each “visit”??

Simple fact, it’s wrong when Obama’s people exceed the law (remember, many of those NSA folks, and others “running the show” actually, are still BUSH political appointees!), or any other administration, HOWEVER, there are laws, that as egregious to the Constitution as they may be, were written by Congress, and approved by SCOTUS!!

Also, remember that both sides of the political aisle have either claimed, or confessed, that the laws HAVE been used to catch “bad guys”, they just don’t talk about the intrusions into the lives of “good guys”!

The ZIT doesn’t even care about that. He just likes to insult. You’ll notice he didn’t respond back to you. If he ever does, it will only be with another attack that is mostly meaningless.
    -
And it’s only pus. Nothing funny, nothing clever, not even something he truly believes in. Only pus.

LOL or Soros and his minions. You need to expand your universe a tad. Republicans do NOT have a monopoly on rich people.

Just for grins, tell me which poor destitute poverty stricken person in the history of the world was “ruler of the land”?

Even the “king” of a “poor nation” controlled all the land (wealth) for miles around and held power over the people that worked it for him.

The Koch brothers are no better of worse than any other of the “rich and powerful”.
