Isn’t the unsolicited touching from a person considered a form of assault?
This man’s history suggests his deviancy is a relatively recent thing? Numerous media have wondered that his early political behavior didn’t indicate this trait. Is this a sign of his dementia?
Whatever the case, he needs to be removed from office before he does further harm to women and the city of San Diego. Whatever he used to be, he is now a sexual predator.

On a related subject: There is a new brand of hot dogs on the market. Carlos Danger Weiners.

I don’t know, I am a bit reluctant to put a Carlos Danger weiner in my mouth.
What if it was loaded? Ewww.

Funny, that’s what one of my relatives said, too, by email.

Back to Filmer, he made passes at a 67 year old city employee, so at least he is not ageist.

Perhaps it was covered up for as long as possible. Didn’t come out until enough people were willing to talk truth about someone in power.

The Democrat Party’s war on women… shut up, vote for us, say my name, and take it quietly…

Well to be honest, Filner, Weiner, and Spitzer are amateurs compared to Clinton who used his position to harass women and get them to sleep with them. Luckily you have the Huma’s and Hillaries of the world to simply take it for political purposes. Nope, no war on women here, just hypocrisy in claiming the other side has a war when the dem’s are shiving their own wives.

Even for a First Responder to touch a conscious, injured person without that person’s permission is considered “battery.” Assault is the threat or motion toward. Battery involves the physical contact. It’s a common confusion of terms.
