We should have followed the leader, Germany.
Their health care plan dates back to 1879 or so..
Plenty of time for “perfecting” .
And, if you only knew how many people have been victimized by lousy health care …….like me, for one….

their power to make sure it fails. tip you up and blame you for falling."
    How?..
Oh by doing NOTHING! but letting it stink, and fail on its’ own merit! Better idea, Tell the public what is in it now that it has been passed. Show the idiots who elected Obama how they are going to be out of a job because they were the 39th person to be hired. Show the part time worker how his hours are now permanently cut under the min. regulations set down by Obamacare. Show how that IRS agent was hired by Obamacare to make sure you comply! Making it fail is not the hard part. Getting Loony liberals to admit there will be a death panel.

I can’t understand why it wasn’t a train wreck in Massachusetts, since it’s the same program. Should have been; maybe it will become that way.

It is counter to the needs of the American people for legislators to do nothing and hope it fails. If you have a better idea, step up to the plate and make it happen. Single payer is the only worthwhile idea.

But to know that the system is doomed to failure, and to take no action to improve the situation (this eliminates the concept of voting to repeal only) is putting party before country. And with something of this magnitude, it is reprehensible.

If “Obamacare” is a train-wreck, why not do the smart thing and move to a single-payer system?

Typical republican hysteria, the train hasn’t left the station yet.

Did anyone read the PATRIOT Act before it was passed? Does anyone think that most federal laws are pored over before voting begins?

Germany made serious medical advances long before WWII (when we started having bases there). Look up what Bayer alone did.

The PPACA doesn’t have a death panel, but it does have a resource allocation panel, whatever that means.
