Show me the WMDs. It’s Cheney, Rove, Feith, Wolfowitz, and their friends who should be testing out the rack and a few other “tools of truth”.

This is so mild compared with “there are WMDs in Iraq” and “we don’t torture” and “whoever leaked about that CIA spy will be out of my Administration.” I’m happy to kick her around, too, but let’s keep some perspective. If she deserves being in the stocks, then Bush, Cheney, et al., deserve keelhauling at the very least.

And as far as that goes, if Pelosi deserves to be pilloried for failure to protest torture (which I for one am not sure that she or the others understood was going on), so do Shelby, Graham and Goss. I think whoever said that this is a thinly veiled attempt to unseat Pelosi as Speaker is quite right (don’t remember who it was, but it was on one of the ‘toons on this site).

Except, of course, she legally could NOT protest it. The best she could’ve done was to say “no” and there’s no evidence that she didn’t say “no”. If she protested publically, she would’ve been charged with releasing classified information – a crime.

Good comments to all of the above.

Pelosi is a crime. Elected by lies told to the benighted voters in califortunia

If she did not understand what was going on she should have questioned it at the time–which she obviously did not. Still funny all the other committee members are still not spouting off.

oldlegodad,
That’s the way democracy works - that’s how we got eight years of Bush, et.al.
