What is this? Right wing nutcase cartoons week?
Since when is Chavez a clown? Because he cares about his people and shows it by not allowing the capitalists in America to come into his country and rape the national resources for their bank accounts?

I saw footage of the Chavez-Obama encounter on french tv (TV5). Barry looked like me when some distant parent whose face I just can’t remember comes to me at a family meeting or at a bar when some guy I’m supposed to know comes along (either drunk or not too bright) saying he wants to be my boyfriend (and the BF sits at the same table).
SOOOOOO, sooooo embarassed. You want to just tell the guy to scram but it would be rude. I think Obama was a bit like that with Chavez.

I agreed with Chavez and how he felt about former President George W. Bush. Glad he likes President Barack H. Obama.

He said just about the same about Bush and Obama. Where did you read or hear he “likes” Obama?

Dred, your post makes a lot of sense about a complex issue. Many places in the world are not ready for the type of Republic we have. They will do better with a lack of chaos in the system, develop a decent system of education, and go from there.

Dred what does your story of being in Venzuela have to do with Chavez calling Obama an idiot. Why do I need the raclalibration–because you find someone demeaning Bush as comical
