Wow Steve Breen is God! and so is Machado! Geez I wish I could pretend I was God as well but then that would be blasphemy.

I’ve said it before and I said it again; there’s more abortion debate than good vs bad. it’s a bad vs a greater bad.
The girls had gone through enough of an emotional rollercoaster and value conflict and tears. They don’t need more trouble.
I believe in god but putting (him..or her…or it) in any form of artwork is handling him like a fictional character.
Just my two cents worth, I don’t condemn anyone here.

Not sure God has a pay grade [“render unto Caesar….”] so that just might be the Prince of the Air. The Bible says that “the blood is the life” repeatedly, but a zygote has no blood and it takes days until a blastocyst implants on the womb wall and begins to develop anything like a circulatory system. So life, as defined in Biblical terms, cannot begin at conception. QED.

Ah… Mr Breen, Mr Breen, Mr Breen, Matthew chapter 7 verses 1 & 2.
The trouble with criticism lies in the irony that it’s always blinded by the critic’s level of incompetence!
OMG, I forgot… these aren’t observational cartoons, they’re Editorial i.e. Judgemental, now what do we do?
Judge back? Or just yell our frustrations at the other disembodied voices making comments here? We could voice our comments to the representatives we voted into office… Naah, maybe that’s just too close to the democratic principle. Never Mind!

I truly do not understand some positions here in the forum and in the Media.
Isn’t it good in a certain way than a person could admit that he does not know ALL about everything?
Do we expect that a candidate has to be an expert in every human science? And I am saying that for BOTH candidates, not only Obama.
An Answer like: “I am not an expert in such issue, but my opinion is…” should be perfectly valid and accepted.
Very bad gaffes, lip-slips, curses, hot temper and lost of control, in the other side, should not be tolerated.
Why? because they will have expert advisors to instruct them in any specific matter, but you cannot have advisors to easy your temper any time you want to blow up somebody else’s country.
I personally believe that life begins at conception and I concur with CF, but I do respect any other opinion, and will not base my vote only in that particular issue.

Perhaps we need the old Star Trek universal translator here: his response should read, “You couldn’t pay me to answer that question.” Obama hemmed and hawed, avoided direct answers, and equivocated apples with oranges.
At least McCain has the courage of his convictions.
