Like this has any connection to reality? Cruz should be seen as tripping the elephant.

Okay I have to ask: If Cruz gets the Republican nomination for the 2016 Presidential race who would like to see as his running mate?

Skip is delusional. The poll numbers tell us what people think of the tactics of Cruz and the right-wing fringe. And I’ll thank you not to call those of us who disagree with you “un-American”. What’s un-American is demonizing political opponents… as Republicans have done, from McCarthy to Gingrich… to Skip.

You keep believing those biased polls, like the ones that falsely predicted a victory for Obama, when every Republican (and Fox News Anchor) knew to watch the unbiased polls that correctly predicted the Romney landslide that we all saw. I saw a Fox News Anchor who refused to accept that biased poll on 7 November 12, and kept on demanding that they tell him the results of the unbiased poll.

Anyway, the unbiased polls show all the voters blame Obama for the shutdown, and these are the polls every decent Republican is watching.

But it isn’t Hilary and it isn’t the Democrats. It is ted, hopefully they continue to turn on him and turn him out.

Of course Republicans believe in polls…just as long as they show EXACTLY what the Republicans WANT them to show!
Otherwise, they are biased, wrong, and obviously slanted to the left…

@Michael wme Romney told us he didn’t care about the poor and he told us that he didn’t care about those without healthcare coverage. Then he finally told us he didn’t care about 47% of the population because they were “takers” and “parasites” (not his words but words used by vile right-wingers since then) and would never vote for him anyway, so he didn’t have to care about them. I find it ironic then that only 47% of the voting population cared about him enough to vote for him.

sjc, the Republicans are just now starting to use the Democrat Tactic demonizing and opponent. and If you are in favor of the way the left has been ignoring, trivializing, out right ignoring and calling for a re-write of the Constitution then you are un-American.

May I offer this explanation for your consideration,
The saying you are referring to is correctly, “Hear Ye, Hear Ye,” as in announcing that the persons within the sound of the voice are to hear, or audible recognize the message being expressed.
Here, Here, is to draw attention not to a voice or a statement but to draw attention to a certain point or place. Similar to “Hotty at 9:00” or maybe “Heads UP!” In which case Mr. King may very well be correct in wanting to draw your attention to his farcebook icon. You may very well be correct that he used the wrong homonym, but there is another explanation.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
