“Will Jesus be an illegal immigrant at the second coming?”

No, because it all belongs to Him anyway.

“It’s obvious how the tea partiers try to plant bogus “evidence” on Obama and the Dems, you can always tell they pull it out of their behinds because their evidence is always brown and stinky.”

Nah, that’s what Obama and the Dems put on themselves. They just blame it on everyone else.

Knew folks involved in the very first startup of the TEA party, some were actually a little rational. That “party” today has definitely gone over to the lunatic fringe, and much of it IS related to “evangelical types”, and well, bigots in some areas.

The case of the marijuana and the Federales, does smack of Issa’s tactics.

On what planet did Benson get the idea that pro-Border Enforcement people would condone Mexican officials planting evidence, then trying to extort/get bribe money from American Citizens? Maybe he’s looking at this bass-ackwards because she and her husband are Latter-Day Saints. Ever since he got ‘exed’, he’s been more bitter and off the mark.

The KKK was founded by democrats in order to put down black people and republicans. Woodrow Wilson, a democrat, segregated the civil service. Democrats fought against every peice of civil rights legislation from 1856 to 1965. Democrats stood in the doorway of a state university saying “segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever.” Democrats used police dogs and fire hoses against peaceful protestors for civil rights. Democrats still advocate keeping it legal to kill one in three black children concieved in the US by abortion. Democrats advocate giving jobs to illegal immigrants instead of black citizens. Democrats vote to give preferential in state college tuition rates to illegals rather than offer the same rates to poor black citizens from out of state.

Racism is obvious. It is the heart and soul of the democrat party.

It’s time to stop relying on the fact that the Democratic Party WAS “different” and guilty of abuses before the Civil Rights Act. But as Johnson correctly said, the act lost the south to the “southern” Republicans who now carry on the torch, and wear the sheets. Incidentally, at one time OREGON was a hotbed of KKK activity, but that’s changed too, and northern Idaho seems to have taken on the role.

It must be wonderful to be some 110+ years old, and remember the inception of the income tax at 2%, along with all the memories of how the KKK came into being, as well.

Too bad the period from the Dixecrat welcome into the once upon a time Grand Old Party, with the ensuing REPUBLICAN identification with any and every obstruction possible to derail, or actually bring to a complete halt, the DESEGRETATION, of schools, workplaces, our Armed Forces, public transportation, etc., sponsored by the DEMOCRATS in Office passed you by so completely. As apparently the slightest bit of knowledge of much else happening in the latter part of the 20th Century, and the first decades of the 21st.

But then again, old age – particularly the old age you appear to enjoy – does have the effect of lessening the attention span, and making old, imaginary, memories more important than actual REALITY. I think it’s sometimes called “senility”.

But, that 2% income tax – set around 1903, when the Amendment authorizing income taxes for the U.S. was adopted, if memory serves – was quite interesting.

And, just incidentally, out here in good old Cowlorado, the chief, and outstanding, members of the local KKK were, for the most part, Republicans to begin with – along with a whole raft of those who vigorously banged their leather bound mythology books of both questionable provenance and even more questionable translation, while braying loudly in the biggest barns around the city, and providing fuel for the crosses the KKK burned on the lawns of those – mostly Democrat – working citizens of different skin color, or more Traditional religious affiliation.

Right fine, upstanding, rich, prominent, and very politically active Republicans those old KKK boys were, at that. The Grand Kook – or whatever the head cheese was called – rests in one of the most expensive, privately built marble tombs in Fairmount Cemetery. While the poor old Democrat working folks are lucky to have a headstone. Just goes to show. Racism and bigotry pay off, handsomely!

Idaho is also home to the Aryan Nation.

Anyone unfamiliar with the Republican “Southern Strategy” should read Mr. Nixon’s explanation of it. Also, look up why Mr. Reagan chose to start his campaign for president in Philadelphia, Mississippi, and why he started his speech with the statement, “I believe in States’ Rights.”

Some may say that’s also ancient history. But it’s interesting. Racism is not unique to any one political party.
