So… Jay Leno.
He sure is boring, amirite? As is this comic.
Still, bonus points for using the word “boffo”.

There’s something cold and mean-spirited about David Letterman… or am I misreading him? Diddling the staff seems especially self-indulgent to me. Can’t a guy making umpteen million find his floozies outside work?

why are some so fascinated with where others are putting their body parts? wars, no health care, kids living on the street….yeah, david lettermans sexual instrument is important. pathetic carl, really pathetic

I stream off the internet (Netflix, Hulu, etc). I saw that one of my favorite shows was available to download off iTunes.
I don’t watch any of them - Jay, Conan or Dave on a regular basis - if I want to catch Dave’s Top 10 Countdown - goto the network website & stream… Otherwise goto Comedy Central for Jon & Stephen - funny stuff!

Am I wrong but hasn’t the rule always been, “Don’t bleep where you eat”?

What David Letterman did is between him the ladies he was with, his wife, the company he works for and all the people he decided to tell on his broadcast. Sorry that is what happens when you tell the whole world.

Jay Leno shouldn’t have left the Tonight Show. Doing his own show was just a step down. And now, as he realizes, way WAY down.
Conversely, Conan the Boobarian is doing a crappy job as replacement host. I think the Tonight show is finally starting to go the way of Star Trek, sort of fading away and losing its luster in a steady, but slow, downward spiral…
Any chance we could get Jay back on TTS and return Conan back to HIS own show? That gig was working out pretty well for both of them…

That is a good rule, Lew, but, actually, bathrooms are right near kitchens in a great many homes & restaurants. In addition, we’re not talking about bleeep here. We’re talking about sex, and doing that where you eat is a very long-standing tradition.

Ferguson & Stewart are the only ones worth watching.
The lavatory is near the kitchen because it’s cheaper & easier to run the plumbing that way.

This week, Jay Leno was interviewed by the industry newsletter Broadcasting and Cable.
It’s a very good read.
Leno talks about Letterman, Conan, NBC, his ratings and whether he would return to the 11:35 pm slot.

Why did David Letterman told people on the air.

Dave told because the whole thing was about to go public anyway; the world could hear it from others, or they could hear it from his own mouth.
Never mind that all this was supposed to have happened before Dave got married; but I guess other people’s sex lives are an obsession for some.
Oh, and for what it’s worth, I think Dave’s fine, but Conan’s the real current master of late night.

Liberals always had a problem with company executives taking advantage of women working under them, saying they had too much power over those women. But then when good liberal powerful rich men are taking advantage of women they have power over, those same libs, as usual, turn hypocritical and talk about private lives, blah, blah, blah.
It’s like how Bob Packwood or Clarence Thomas were totally vilified by the left and their feminazi witches, but they stumbled all over each other trying to make excuses for people like Bill Clinton and actually launched vicious attacks against the girls he raped!
You lefties are the most hypocritical, dishonest, immoral, and disgusting- well I was going to say people, but I don’t think you qualify as human beings, more like rotting filth!

Let’s see:
Bob Packwood and Clarance Thomas forced themselves on the women involved; “consenting adults” requires consent from all parties involved!
No rape charges against President Clinton were ever confirmed. The only woman he was confirmed to so much as make a move on (other than Hillary) was more than willing to go along with him (Monica Lewinsky).
Liberals may not always be on the right, but they have a tendency to *be* right!
