Hey Keedz, it’s time for the ‘State of the Union’ follies!

The balloon should have been labeled “Campaign Promises.” Obama has already retreated on Iraq, tax increases for the wealthy, etc., and cabinet appointments that were supposed to represent “change” now look like the same ole, same ole.

I agree with someguy 53. Listen to the current news!! Are there any honest politicians left in Illinois or did we just pick the only two??
Note: Condoms provide only limited protection. Abstinence would have been a better choice!

Obama is hanging on… that’s a good sign! It’ll be a tough ride for him as well as all of us!

Who would have thought it? With the addition of Someguy53 to our happy little family, MarkTrail is beginning to look like a moderate by comparison. Bring it home Mark. Show us that ‘kinder, gentler’ conservative view we all know you are capable of. This is your chance to be that reasonable voice of conservatism you dream of being. (Yeah, it’s sarcasm, but it sounded good)

I’m beginning to wonder if farleftside is Sigmund Freud’s illegitimate son.

Someguy53, I thought you were going to stop with the racist comments. And misspelled at that. Rightwingers need to decide if the president-elect is an extremist Muslim or an extremist Baptist. You really can’t have it both ways. And there’s still 41 days before he actually takes over. You who likes to quote the Bible (twice so far) has very little understanding of the word ‘compassion’ which is what Jesus was all about. I see very little compassion expressed on this site and am still upset after being told there was a sale on poison kool-aid. Apparently, beeing advised to drink it. Sorry, if I don’t think suicide is a laughing matter having been touched by it. Thanks, Machado. My son is advising me to quit what was supposed to be something I could enjoy.

Yo cacolley7811Pro, how much compassion did Jesus have on the Pharisees? Those who claim to be right and don’t need Him in their lives, don’t get the compassion He brings either. Jesus is about only about loving God your creator His way, and compassion is part of it. So is charity and preaching.

Don’t follow Christ of the parts you want, that’s selfishness. Follow Christ for who He is, your creator and God.

Moore is bashing Obama before he has take office.
It is safe to assume Moore and and his wife didn’t have much of a honeymoon.

some of you people really tick me off. illinois guv. screws his office so you have to wipe it all over obama. i believe your so used to bush screwing everybody for 8 years that you’ve come to believe this is the way it has to be.WRONG. at least give obama a chance. he’s not even in the oval office yet and some of you want to crucify him already. hold it up a minute while i go puke.

okay…christianity is one of the newest religions (although some might call it a cult, i would). you self-rightous,stone slinging, holier than thou, judgemental, individuals DO NOT have all the answers, nor are you perfect enough to denigrate others, (casting the first stone). shame, shame, shame on all of you, Jesus would not be proud

    Someguy–

There is a time for speaking boldly, just as there is a time to be silent and a time to speak. There is, in fact, a time for every purpose under the heavens.

But is there a need for overt hostility spewed from a keyboard? Or even latent chauvinism (“sweetheart” and “honey buns”)?

I am glad people question Obama out there; it keeps the world in order and gets us closer to the truth.

But as soon as you attack the individual, you concede the argument.

The Agenda would have been just as big if it had been McCain but maybe switching out a few things. No one should attack him for this until about 1 year INTO presidency. Although, as soon as he sets foot into the office comics like this will increase 2 fold and in the comic world he wont have time to do anything before we have the “Boiling Point: Republican Style”
Ill say it once and ill say it again..Lay off of him till he at least has time to do something.
