Hope it is not an excuse for some major overhaul.

Can we have a young Kirk and a young Spock that hate each other in this new timeline? Oh, wait, this is StarSLIP…

What about the other ships that were near the Fuseli? Will they be a part of any “warp bubble” and go with the Fuseli? Will the admiral’s ship be there just in time?

So…. is that it for this series?

@InquireWithin: No, there is plenty of series left. This is a rerun, so I don’t know why they haven’t been posted regularly each day. Hopefully they’ll start again soon.

@Tue Elung Jensen: I don’t think it’s a spoiler alert to say that that drawing style will change a tiny bit, but The Jupiter explosion is actually just a major plot point. When the strip starts running again I think you will be pleased. If memory serves me I am not quite sure when the drawing style changes but it’s minor and nothing is going to be overhauled, the story will continue

nwdryad, is there an alternative site hosting this strip? If possible, I’d prefer to not wait for the next update on gocomics.

If you’re impatient, go here and pick up the story from the archives…

Don´t mind drawing style changing, but I think my point with the post at the time was that the comic would be redone with the universe going down. But all in all still waiting for it to keep going. :p

Thank you for the url, robinwiley. I followed it and finished the strip last week.

I don’t know who at gocomics is responsible for the decision to stall things at this point, but I don’t think they should get a very good score on their next performance review.

Gonna stop wasting my time on this selection and concentrate on Breaking Cat News.

Bad news—Georgia is moving across the country and her strip is on hiatus. But not indefinitely. It doesn’t hurt to keep both BCN and Starslip in your Daily Comics. Eventually they’ll both pop up again.
I loved Starslip so much I bought the entire collection of 5 digital volumes. First comic I’ve ever liked that much, and the only one since has been Gunnerkrigg Court.

Gunnerkrigg Court was all right, but now that I’ve caught up it seems to move really slow. Like a couple of weeks ago, when every strip looked like concept sketches of different characters.

And now they’re trying to retrieve some arrow so they can, what, release a ghost from the bottom of a river (a ghost that I personally stopped caring about maybe thirty chapters ago)?

If you want a really fun webcomic, I recommend you google Darwin Carmichael is Going to Hell. Like Starslip, the strip has completed its story arc, with what I found to be a quite satisfactory ending.
