   4 small salmon steaks
   4 tablespoons olive oil
   1 teaspoon marjoram
   1 clove garlic, minced
   2 teaspoons minced onion
   1 tablespoon chopped parsley
   Salt
   Pepper
   3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
   1 lemon, thinly sliced.
   
   Arrange the salmon in a shallow baking pan and add all ingredients but lemon juice and lemon slices.
   Bake in a moderately, 375°
   F., for 20 minutes; add lemon juice and bake for 5 minutes longer, or until the salmon is done.
   Turn once during baking.
   Arrange the fish on a platter and garnish with lemon slices.
   SERVES 4.
   
   Notes from me:
   If you’re just starting cooking:
   A clove of garlic is one segment of a garlic bulb.
   You’ll need three lemons, two for the juice and one for slicing.
   Everything in the recipe body is as it appears in the book.
