I don’t understand the significance….but the scene is beautiful.

    The scene IS the significance.

It’s the merciless winter finally melting away and giving us a spring even more beautiful that summer was in our memories.

Inspired by the site of a former pulp mill on the Nepisiguit river, in Bathurst, NB. It’s all ruins, an eyesore…but it’s an inspiring eyesore to me. ’guess I have a thing for spotting beauty in old, wrecked places.

You know climate change has really arrived when Canada gets to have Spring before the UK does…

Nature starting to reclaim it all again. Lovely colouring on this, with the clear blue sky, the icy water and the grass greening up as the snow recedes.
