Why is the building so run down? Is it a Niphouse?

This is a very run-down version of a house I used to live in, in a Niphouse-prone neighborhood!

Go figure, not that I’m more depressive than the average chick, but I think there is some kind of beauty in the slums. You see old houses and a thousand stories that may or may not happen come to your mind. Heck, when you’re a kid you can even imagine Batman or Sailor Moon having a fight in one of those!

This is avenue 31, the wrong-side-of-the-tracks, niphouse-filled street of the Sooky universe. Visually, it is inspired by the southern part of King avenue, a street wedged between an indian reserve and a mine-and -pulpmill town with no mine and no pulpmill anymore.
The name comes from Level 31 from the ReBoot universe.

@SCOTTtheBADGER
Who is Klondike Kat, though?
SCOTTtheBADGER said, 5 months ago
Back in the 1960’s Klondike Kat was a cartoon bobcxat, who was a RCMP officer. He was always after a French Canadien mouse named Savior-Faire.
