It all started by a Wikipedia article on Bo, the First Dog in the US. I did a litttle research and found out that Britain has its very own little kitty Prime Minister (check Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office) and Canada has its little kitty MP’s as well, there is a cat sanctuary on Parliament Hill (check Canadian Parliamentary Cats).
And since everything that comes from the Federal Government here has to be bilingual…
