The revenue the public gets from taxing cigarettes isn’t nearly enough to pay for all of the health problems they cause. Me, I’m happy to see them taxed, and I’d be happier still if that tax revenue dried up.
In 2 days I’ve read posts from Church and RO proposing legalization and taxation of “weed”, incredible. Libertarians really do sometimes sound like Liberals…..if only they could learn to pronounce the sentence “war for profit is bad, no pre-emption”…… or “corporate media is nearly always fraudulent, money talks, integrity walks”….. ;-)
So what is the point of this one? Is he advocating for the government to make tobacco illegal, for furthering the destruction of individual liberty and the subjugation of people to the power of government?
There is no person more dangerous than the person who intends to use violence to control other people’s lives for “their own good”, or for “the good of society”.

Off topic but I’ve noticed this and would like to offer a grammatical note:
There = location (It’s over there)
They’re = contraction for they are.
Their = possession (It’s their car).
