Since it’s a computer, just cut the power cables going into the room…

…gravity makes the God argument pretty much irrelevant, but to qualify your argument,it doesn’t matter how big the rock, all the said god would have to do,is say,"I won’t lift this rock, and mission accomplished…of course,to tweak the debate,he could also create(notice the argument does say,‘create’) a rock with the possiblity of moving itself…thus..us?….

The question is a self contradiction with the god not winning either way.

GODOT has its own power source reaching to the mantle. No way of reaching it.

If we view God in the Christian terms, as an all powerful supreme being, then he should be able of creating a rock so heavy that nobody could lift it but him, or be able to keep any human means from lifting the tinyest pebble but he should be able to lift it if he wishes.

By contrast, humans are clever enough to create problems that we are unable or unwilling to solve.

Hey, Jeffrey and Shaenon! I have a treat for your zombie girl! It was suggested over on the Hubris page. Take the rock, put brains or a large piece of chocolate on it, and place between two graham crackers. Zombie s’mores!

Not all thought experiments are solvable in the real world.

    re: darwinskeeper

I’ve never understood the “rock” idea. When dealing with a being that is infinite in His nature, how does it even fit?
    .
If you want to go nuts, try to imagine “nothing.” Not a vacuum, not an empty space, but literally nothing. No laws of physics, nothing for laws of physics to exist in, absolutely nothing. Indeed, nothing for nothing to exist in. Trying to visualize it gets the brains in knots…
