   The human gyroscopic array isn’t nearly that large. Yes, we don’t call it that, it’s self actuated and liquid, but if it quits working, you fall down.

   I’m guessing “he” would be somewhat overweight and the gyroscopic array would be housed in the belly. The more traditional parts of the male anatomy wouldn’t have enough space.
