US immigration law is very clear. These children are from peaceful countries and only want the free handouts Obama has promised them, and the law says they MUST be deported immediately (if not sooner) but Obama keeps breaking the law for children from countries like Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador, giving some ridiculous excuse called ‘wilberforce’ and saying he has to let them stay until they can have a hearing, which (since Congress won’t squander the money that is not needed, since it’s illegal to give these illegals hearings) means Obama is unilaterally letting the children stay for years, which is clear grounds for impeachment if the House would just do its job.

Republicans voted for the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 along side Democrats. It passed Congress unanimously and was signed into law by Bush. The unintended consequence of the bi-partisan law is we cannot legally send home these kids until after we give them a hearing to see if we should give them refugee status and allow them to stay.

I am afraid I have to be on the Republicans side this time. Just do the Math and think.
How many of these children speak English? How many of them Read and Write English or Spanish? How many really have relatives in the United States and how many “Relatives” are friends looking to expand their welfare checks? Every day we read on how states want to cut back on education, who will teach them?
Most of these “refugee’s” will probably go into Little Honduras, Little Guatemala, or Little El Salvador communities in major cities in the south west and never feel the need to intigrate with American society.

If the Pres enforces the law on the books, the kids will reside in the US of A until they get hearings, meaning about two years.
    -
If the Pres asks Congress to alter or amend the law on the books, Congress will talk a lot, consult Ted and do nothing.
    -
If the Pres uses his best judgment in the matter, and acts on his own, he risks another dreaded Boehner lawsuit, maybe impeachment.
    -
Obviously the Pres should enforce the law on the books, letter for letter, making each step clear, and trust the Fox Rush Noise and Sarah Palin, in good faith, to explain the how’s and why’s of his actions.
    -
    100 days until we vote.

A very clear summation, good job. This Congress has accomplished almost nothing. I read they passed about one bill per six Representatives this year. Most of them were to commemorate or dedicate something. I have been around for a long time and have never seen a more completely dysfunctional Congress. If they had performance reviews, everyone of them would be on the way out. We can only hope the voters recognize the train wreck that has been going on and send in some new blood.

Really? And you have documents to those you have released the kids to? How about them warehouses and jails you stowed and hid the kids to? And kids only make up 20% of the Invasion of the ILLEGAL immigrants.

The depiction of an illegal being sent back to his/her country where violence, poverty, and corruption reigns is yet another example of why this world is in dire straits. There is too much hatred, greed, and perversion for it to continue doing business as usual. Something has to give and it’s not going to be pretty when it does.

I know, instead of turning them over to Mexico for breaking their laws and to send Mexico a message that we do not want the invading force, We just truck them around the USA, and do not tell the governors., They might look at those pesky things called a budget to figure out that they can not afford them.

William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 <
you forgot to add, Obama signed a dream act, one that did not pass, Obama used his pen and phone to make it happen. Now he wanted those already here, but that is not what is being advertised. All they hear is Obama is giving away amnesty. Obama has free stuff give a ways.

Send them all to Chicago, or South Central LA. It’ll be like they never left home.
