bite the bullet, go underground (hi initial investment, low maintenance, once done), and fewer outagbes due to fallen trees.

The utility workers ARE heroes serving at home whenever storms or disaster strike, threatening our comfort, convenience, and lifestyle far more often than “lives”.

As to the damage utility lines do to trees, and “aesthetics” in our communities, underground does require less maintenance, intrusion, and is cheaper in the long run.

No one is stopping the tree trimming Shrub. It is a delusion of your ideology.

Don’t forget the hundreds of billions being wasted now by Obama on our external empire. The Military/Industrial/Espionage Complex is growing ever larger and has been so since 1950.

Xcel energy has easements here, can trim as they see fit and they don’t need to “balance” the tree trimming. We still have power outages from time to time. And, some of them are related to nature’s tree falling on manmade wires.
