   I guess I’m showing my age. I first saw essentially this same cartoon when Christian Herter succeeded John Foster Dulles in 1959. I was just a kid, but, I swear, it was almost exactly the same cartoon.

   I haven’t heard Kerry blame Condi Rice. Is that just another Republican straw-man fantasy? Clinton was quite good, but Kerry will do fine.

    “When I step down as Secretary of State in January 2013, I’m through with Politics, and I will not seek out any Political office again.”
