The “Keystone Kops” already patrol the interstates in Philadelphia. They are more properly called the Pennsylvania State Police. (For non-Pennsylvanians, PA is called the “Keystone State”)

The link that ossiningaling gave you is to a story on Philadelphia’s WCAU-TV (NBC-10) website.

The Keystone Kops have been fixing tickets for decades, this is way old news. Sad that the cops can’t clean their own act up, must be a bunch of republicans like their corrupt pedophile hugging governor Corbett.

And you must be a very simple minded person to think corruption is exclusive to any one party.

Is there any doubt still that we do not live in a country where the rule of law prevails? Gub’ment, whether it is fed, state, or local, is run by corrupt power hungry thugs who are above the law.

Guys, people, I didn’t make myself clear. When I said “Time to hire the Keystone Kops” I was being somewhat serious! The Keystone Kops were professionals! Adept, honest, truly the very picture of police! There is no way that they would have fixed a ticket! The Keystone Kops should be hired! Yes, they might not get the job done, but at least they won’t be adding to the crime records!
