   In Thailand currently the National health system ( which costs about 18$ a month for a family and 1$ per office visit) has an ad encouraging parents to sign up
   It is shot in Black and white and the disabled children who star are singing Que Sera Sera , as the shots cut back and forth from the happy kids singing and the teary mothers and crew the point is made ,no, seared into your heart , the future’s not ours to see , remember to join national healthcare.
   Healthcare in Thailand is excellent .

   Seems to me that surgery tourism to India has been in place for years now.

   Avatrbr – RICH people come here from other countries and they go to the Mayo Clinic (Yay MN!). Stop conflating “health care” with “access to health care”.
