    Some of those old radio shows were good, particularly the comedies.

    AND don’t forget Dragnet, The Shadow, Green Hornet. I couldn’t wait to get home to the radio.

    A friend of mine was all bent out of shape when the CD changer in his car failed. I asked him, “Does the radio still work?” to which he said, “Yes; but, nobody listens to the radio anymore!”
    Interesting to note, he works for a local broadcasting school…
