    It’s all in the genes…No matter how much you stretch the truth…the secret is only good genes…

    Switching the numbers in your age. ie 43 becomes 34.
    Of course… you get birthdays where that makes things worse.

    @GROG!

    My dad lived to be 89. He was the 5th of 9 children but he outlived all his siblings. His hair remained dark brown well into his 80’s (He lamented that his mustache turned gray as people thought he dyed his hair.)
    Of his two longest living siblings: one’s hair was as dark as his, the other went completely white.
    Mom’s hair was blue-black with a white witch’s lock appearing (she said) in her 20’s. She went to salt and pepper early, finally becoming a cotton-top late in life.
    My sisters still have our dad’s dark hair. My brother has gone salt and pepper but mine (at 65) is pure white on top, layering over near black at the nape of my neck.
    It is in the genes, of course.
    Viva la difference!

    I’ve known of women who have had plastic surgery and in some cases, it seemed to make matters worse.

    Smoke, chemicals and drink effect the way a person looks as well as their genes.

    @Agent54

    After a two pack habit for 45 years and three martinis/night I suppose that is why at 77 I have my dark hair etc. It truly is more genes than otherwise. And I still use correct grammar (think you meant affect, not effect).
