In the old Soviet Union, car owners had to remove their windshield wiper blades to prevent them from being stolen.
    I don’t know if it’s still a problem.

Our publicly available lot gets all those, as well as church notices, debt collections and who knows what the heck else. I really love it, NOT, when they put these out in the AM with rain/snow called for by noon!

Makes sense – plus he probably hasn’t had the top up on that thing in years so it stays in the garage when it rains anyway ;-)

Well if you don’t want parking tickets, don’t park in no parking zones. As for the Chinese food menus, I’ll take as many as I can get.

    OPPS!?!
In the first panel, the grand ol’ DeSoto is drawn suggesting it is a coupe or hardtop…’not a convertible with the top perennially down…’Looks that way in the last panel, too, with the suggestion of a rear roof pillar an’ some ‘glare’ on the rear glass… Did Cosmo spring for a conversion of his beloved classic?
