I was the “plugger” for the team I was on in Iraq. The “plugger” was our nickname for the GPS unit we had to tell us where we were. It was an interesting device.

Every time a texter kills themselves in a car there’s one less idiot on the road.

and, hopefully the dead texting driver will not have spawned.
    .
Harsh, yes, but don’t run me over and say, “I didn’t see her!” because you were on the phone, texting or otherwise. I’ve already had that happen to me, still limping 5 years later and will always have a weak right hip and right knee.
    .
I’ll always have a deep abiding fear of Ford Expeditions behind me, too. Also, beside me, in front of me, anywhere in view of me while I’m driving. Especially driven by a little old asian lady with her 7 year old grandson in the front seat without a seatbelt.

Thank the Good Lord for Xanax!

I used to text and drive. My first near-accident cured me of that. However, I do text and walk. I have walked into traffic, people, buildings, trees, and at least one very painful bike rack.
