    Yeah – me too – annoying glitches do seem to happen on a regular basis. OTOH,managing a site like this takes a lot of work, so generally I try not to let it get to me when these things happen. If there is a repeat of a problem I’ve found a polite note dropped to their email gets a polite response and the problem gets fixed.
