    Crush and sprinkle over ice cream then cover with either hot butterscotch or hot fudge, then, maybe, they’re palatable !

    I never understood that people would eat those saying they were on a diet…Why bother ? Like Win said, they taste like styrofoam…you might as well eat nothing…

    There are only two diets that work.
    ,
    The first is the “Eat-less-and-exercise-more” diet.
    .
    When, or if,you get tired of it, you can switch to the other one,
    .
    which is the “Exercise-more-and-eat -less” diet..
    .
    As always, moderation and persistence are the key to making either diet work.

    Weight loss is 70% diet / 30% exercise.

    A recent report said that the biggest impact on global health has recently changed from starvation (too little food) to obesity (too much food).
